Meet Our Educators

Jessica Abercrombie
Founder, Educator and Academic Mentor
Jessica has worked at her local secondary school for more than 20 years and has provided private tuition for over a decade.
Alongside her extensive experience teaching secondary students, Jess has supported Key Stage 2 learners, GCSE and A Level students, home-educated pupils and adults returning to education.
During her school career, Jessica held leadership positions including Head of Year and Head of Subject. These roles allowed her to develop significant experience in academic leadership, pastoral care and supporting students with a broad range of learning needs.
Jess is confident working with SEND students, vulnerable learners and young people who need additional encouragement or a more personalised educational approach.
She has worked alongside multidisciplinary professionals to create bespoke learning plans and has partnered with families of home-educated students as part of wider alternative education packages.
Enthusiastic, caring and endlessly supportive, Jess is passionate about helping learners recognise their abilities, overcome challenges and work confidently towards their goals.

Beyond the Classroom
When she is not teaching, Jess can usually be found reading, cooking, spending time by the sea or attempting to improve her running.
